The following information is needed for registration  

•          Birth Certificate
   
•        Immunization
   
•        Transcript from previous school
   
•        Any Withdrawal grades or report cards from this school year
   
•        Discipline Record
                       

            The State of Georgia requires a discipline record on all students. If your child has no discipline    record, we must have this in writing from his or her previous school.

•  Georgia High School Graduation Test Scores - included on transcript

In order for Tift County High School to request for records, we must have a signature from a parent or guardian to request for release of records.  TCHS Guidance is open in the summer to request records from other high schools.  Please call (229)  387-9700 and ask for Michele Mitchell.
