Core GPA Calculation

This calculation can be used to figure the HOPE GPA, scholarship applications and college applications. To calculate the Core GPA you will need a copy of your transcript from the Guidance Department.  Identify core curriculum classes (English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Foreign Language).  Each "A" is worth 4 points, each "B" 3 points, each "C" 2 points, and each "F" 0 points.

A=100-90
B=89-80
C=79-70
F=69-0
